TGC4 Gas Cylinder Trolley

The TGC4 is designed to carry up to four cylinders. It’s important that the load is balanced at all times. The trolley can be used with two cylinders if they are positioned opposite each other to maintain stability.

The TGC4 is designed to carry two size ‘G’ Oxygen cylinders and two size ‘G’ Acetylene cylinders. It can also transport a single LPG cylinder, but the load must be balanced, so a cylinder of similar weight should be positioned on the opposite side for safe handling.

Each cylinder is fastened with a loadbinder, ensuring they remain securely in place during movement. Additionally, a removable loading ramp makes it easy to load and unload cylinders safely.

Yes. The trolley is fitted with four 150mm diameter swivel castors with brakes for safe and easy manual movement. It also has fork pockets and a single point crane lift for transport by forklift or crane.

There is a provision inside the cage to safely store all hoses. A fire extinguisher is also included for optimal safety on the work site.

The TGC4 trolley is designed for flat, stable surfaces. Using it on uneven ground can affect stability and safe handling of cylinders. For uneven grounds, we recomend the use of the TGC2 Trolley which is fit with 400mm diameter pneumatic tyres.
