The SKF100 Bulk Bag Filling Station is designed to allow filling of bulk bags, totes and open-top bags with dry, free-flowing materials, removing the need for the operator to hold the bag open or manually fill themselves. The simple design can be used as a stand alone solution or integrated into existing process lines.
FEATURES:
• Allows filling of bulk bags, totes and open-top bags
• Suits free-flowing materials such as plastic granules, grain, fertilizer and sand
• Adjustable for a variety of bag heights
• Hydraulic operated lift allows raising and lowering of bag whilst filling or full
• Bulk bag lifting straps simply slide onto prong for ease of loading
• Optional filling head customised to suit application on request
• Safe removal of full bags by forklift or pallet jack
• Operator can disengage the bulk bag without leaving their seat
• Fork pockets provided for transport purposes only
• Enamel paint finish
