The HBF (SV) Hopper Bin is designed for the storage and dispensing of bulk materials with an easy to operate slide valve opening for precise control of material flow.
FEATURES:
• Ideal for handling granular products such as aggregate, sand, cement or grain
• 200mm dia slide valve for precise control of material flow
• Crane lugs fitted for transporting fully loaded unit by overhead crane
• Fitted with fork pockets to allow onsite transport by forklift
• Stackable (2 high) in its standard configuration
• Also available in an easy to open, fast acting clamshell gate (HBF) for positive shut-off of material flow
• Enamel paint finish
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
• Wheel kit (150mm DIA PU/CI castors – swivel with brakes)
• Raised stand (HBFSTAND-150), 1530mm height or can be made to suit requirements
• Layflat hose adaptor 200mm OD (CKSV10-09) + 2m hose
• Bagging head adaptor 220mm OD (SP-0561)
• Reducing funnel to 100mm OD (SP-0562)
• Vacuum adaptor (SP-0563)
Due to transport safety requirements wheels are supplied for fitment onsite, not pre-fitted. Optional layflat hose adaptor, bagging head adaptor and reducing funnel are designed for easy fitment to the slide valve.
